My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was wonderful, but the room cleanliness left something to be desired. The service was hit or miss, and the dining experience was lacking in some areas. However, the hotel facilities were quite nice.
The hotel had a nice room, but we had issues with a strong dog smell that lingered and had to switch rooms multiple times with delays. The air conditioning wasn't effective enough, and the room wasn't ready on time, tainting our experience. The staff was accommodating in finding us a better room in the end.
The hotel rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean, but I had to go to the store to buy Air freshener to spray the room, which was a letdown as it didn't match the description provided. The service, however, was a bit of a mixed bag with some staff emanating through the hallway and others being very nice during check-in. The location, although next to various amenities in Canterbury Court, wasn't as clean as expected. The dining experience was excellent, even though it could have been better given the circumstances. The facilities overall were good.
